Requirements
- Customer required using digital printing prosses to achieve four colors overlapping spot-color printing; however, CMYK had color printing limit, some special colors can not be achieved. Therefore, Cymmetrik invited customer to visit our digital printing process and suggested using digital printing with six colors CMYK+OG to achieve 26 spot colors printing and reduce cost.
Solutions
- There were total 26 colors in the chart, which included all of EMC colors and standard, using with two common materials. The design of the chart was simple and practical.
- The label used digital printing, finishing with UV varnish at the front to avoid scratches and fading. The color was percisely accurate.
