2025.05.07

On May 7, Cymmetrik hosted a delegation of 24 esteemed guests from Label Shimbun at Cymmetrik’s Thailand plant, marking an important milestone in promoting collaboration and exchange between the label industries of Taiwan, Japan, and Thailand.

The visit began with a welcome speech delivered by James Huang, General Manager of Cymmetrik Thailand, officially kicking off the event. This was followed by one of Cymmetrik’s business team giving a brief presentation about Cymmetrik, its products, and the development of the Thailand plant in order to help guests gain a better understanding of the company’s global footprint. Devin Tzeng, Manager of Marketing and Sustainability, then provided insights into Cymmetrik’s product applications, highlighting several innovative products commonly seen in everyday life, and presented its ongoing development of sustainable practices. The presentation session was lively and engaging, with guests actively raising questions—particularly regarding the AKIMIA microcurrent facial mask and the EcoStrip deinking technology.

In the afternoon, the delegation toured the showroom and production floor. Members of the manufacturing team explained the internal operation procedures and introduced various printing and processing equipment that have increased operational efficiency and output. During the showroom tour, the guests expressed great admiration for Cymmetrik’s diverse and creative product designs, as well as its outstanding craftsmanship and quality assurance. The visit was marked by frequent interaction, and guests took away valuable knowledge of Cymmetrik’s capabilities from these exchanges.

To conclude the event, Dr. Alex Mei, Chief Strategy Officer of Cymmetrik, delivered a closing speech, sincerely thanking the guests for their visit and expressing hope for deeper future collaboration between both parties. The event ended on a warm and joyful note, with gift exchanges and group photos to commemorate this successful exchange.
